Simply Follow the Below Step.

Step-1:First Click Your User Folder.

Step-2:Then You have to Unhide all Folders to Unhide Flow the below Image.

Step-3: Then Flow the Below Image.

Step-4:Then a Hidden file will Appear then do what i told in Image.

Step-5:Then flow the below path

             AppData-->Roaming-->Mozilla-->Firefox-->Profiles

Step-6:After you opened Profiles Folder flow the below image.

Step-7:When your Mozilla Firefox is crashed or affected by the virus 

             copy the  Backup file and past the Same file that the path you 

             already copied  from.

Step-8: That all Now your Mozilla Firefox will run like before.
