If you doesn't disable your automatic update in operating system. You will not get the accurate speed of your internet. The unwanted software's are going to install in your operating system, So be careful to disable this feature.
So here are the steps to Disable:
1. Go to Start and click Control Panel.
2. In that click System and Security.
3.Then click Windows Update -> then in left side change settings the third option.
4. In under the Important updates Change the option in drop down menu and set to Never check for updates (not recommended ).
5. Uncheck the all check in the page that's all Now click the OK button to save the change you made.
